We’re looking for someone sharp, organised and client-focused to join our growing team in a role that blends administration, customer service and operational coordination.
This role starts with a strong foundation in front-of-house and admin – phones, enquiries, quotes, data management – but has plenty of scope to grow. If you’ve got the drive and capacity, we’ll back you to develop into a more autonomous operations role over time – managing scheduling, stock, team coordination and job flow.

- Scheduling Support: Assist with booking jobs, updating schedules and keeping clients in the loop.
- Inventory Admin: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and keep track of consumables and deliveries.
As you settle in and build confidence:
- Take on more responsibility in scheduling and workflow coordination
- Delegate to the workshop team and keep job progress on track
- Oversee projects and assist with business development
